The individual might need to have his stomach pumped, or he might need to be given intravenous fluids. The alcohol needs to be completely removed from the body.

Binge drinking can have harmful effects even after college. It can lead to alcoholism. Individuals can get into a dangerous habit of drinking, and this can impact their ability to obtain employment.
